Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual interval and renew automatically unless written or verbal notice is given.

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with verbal or written notice at least 5 business days (Mon-Fri) prior to renewal.

Please note that subscriptions are not prorated so if you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. The subscription is for Advance Browser services only and does not include the cost of access to streaming platforms such as, but not limited to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Promotional Pricing

If you participated in the advanced Browser Evaluation Group, you qualify for the discounted rate. This rate is applied at the start of the subscription and only expires if you cancel the subscription.

Once service has been canceled, you no longer qualify for the discounted rate.

Payment

An active card must be maintained on your account with BEE Medic at all times to avoid service interruption. Other methods of payment such as check, ACH, wire transfer and NET terms are not accepted for this service.

If the card on file is declined, you will be notified and contacted in a timely manner to provide updated card details. 

If your account reaches 7 days past-due, BEE Medic may cancel your subscription. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged before your subscription is canceled, your subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

Support and Service Restrictions

Your subscription includes technical support related to the use of Netflix and YouTube at this time. BEE Medic technical support will not troubleshoot any other streaming platform, and cannot assist you with issues related to your streaming service subscription (e.g.: updating account information, recovering usernames, resetting passwords, etc.).

The subscription is for Advance Browser services only and does not include the cost of access to streaming platforms such as, but not limited to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Content providers may make changes at any time that might interrupt service which is outside of our control. We will work diligently to get issues resolved as quickly as possible.
